Our Philosophy

Pillar Studio is a Los Angeles-based design and development studio creating homes of lasting character. We guide each project from first concept to final completion — uniting architecture, interiors, construction, and development under one roof.

Our work begins with understanding how people actually live. We design homes that feel warm, grounded, and unhurried — shaped by natural materials, considered details, and a respect for time, memory, and daily ritual. We're not drawn to trends or perfection. We're drawn to spaces that reveal themselves slowly — where wood deepens with touch, stone softens with light, textiles hold movement, and objects carry the quiet history of a life lived well.

Our Value

We founded on three key pillars: reliability, sustainability, and timeless.

Founder & Pricinpal

Na Wang brings over a decade of hands-on experience across residential renovation, new construction, and development.

Her background spans both sides of the table. Before founding Pillar, Na led work at Bain & Company, Fashionphile, and Mattel across strategy, product, and business development. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a degree in design from Otis College of Art and Design — a combination that informs not just what she builds, but how she thinks about value, craft, and the long game.

She believes the best homes aren't precious — they're lived in, loved, and built to last.
